Meet Florence, a longtime neighbor of GSF and a dedicated kitchen cook for the past 14 years.
“Before I was born again, life was not easy. I was so hopeless. Because of a medical condition, I suffered lots of pain, which made life harder for me to take care of my children. I also struggled with lots of spiritual attacks, which left me with prayer.
“God graciously gave me the gift of salvation through the door-to-door ministry by GSF children and a GSF missionary in 2003. Through the GSF Clinic, I was taken for surgery and prayed for. For sure I had never had hope of ever affording for a surgery, but God further strengthened my faith through it.
“I am now a cook at Good Shepherd’s Fold and have worked here for 14 years. God has given me courage of serving Him through the opportunities given to us to minister. I have learned a lot about who God is through the biblical teachings during devotions and monthly prayer day.
“Now, my children have greatly been impacted through the GSF Nursery & Primary School. They are God fearing and are now influencing those around them. Actually, my son who is a GSF Primary School alumnus was recently elected as chairperson of the Scripture Union Club in his college, which I think GSF has great contributed to.
“God is good and He has great plans for us!”
